Hi, I'm Lee.

I'm a Business Communications Designer and founder of Visual Strategy Group, an independent presentation design and strategic communications consultancy. My career has been spent inside organizations, in people operations, learning and development, and project delivery, translating complex business processes into communication that people can actually act on. I've written the documentation, supported complex change initiatives, built the training, mapped the process, and stood in front of the room when the communication wasn't working.

That operational background is what shapes the work. Before a layout exists, I want to know who is in the room, what they are being asked to approve, and what will make them hesitate. The design follows from that: clear structure, disciplined typography, honest data visualization, and a visual system consistent enough to survive the next ten decks your team builds.

The result is presentations that are not only visually polished but strategically effective: materials that hold up under board scrutiny, investor questions, and the scrutiny of the people who have to execute afterward.
