A 25-slide onboarding guide welcoming new hires at Kindred Technologies, covering company story, culture, people, first-week logistics, benefits, and growth paths in one warm, human document.

Challenge

After scaling past 300 teammates across 12 countries, onboarding lived in scattered docs and links, so new hires met the culture through policy pages instead of people.

Approach

We built an illustrated system of pastel tints and simple avatar figures instead of stock photography, then paced the deck in six chapters so practical details land only after the story, values, and team have made the company feel human.
