Overview

The Future Education Foundation needed a 22-slide board briefing deck that reported the fiscal year to trustees, donors, and community partners: mission, impact, programs, financials, fundraising, and the road ahead.

Challenge

Prior reports read as a list of activities. The board wanted evidence of outcomes, an honest financial picture, and a clear forward plan without turning the briefing into a statistical annex.

Approach

We built an editorial structure that alternates human stories with quantified outcomes, opened with a typographic mission moment, and used a restrained chart language so financials and growth figures read as credible rather than decorative.
