Executive Brief
Executive AI Strategy Brief
Client: Meridian Health Group (Fictional)

Overview
Meridian Health Group, a 12,000-employee healthcare organization, needed a one-page visual brief that summarized its company-wide AI adoption strategy for executives who did not have time to read the full strategy document. The brief distills the initiative into five structured sections: the case for action, strategic priorities, a phased implementation roadmap, success metrics, and the leadership decisions required to proceed.
Challenge
The full strategy document spanned dozens of pages of diagnostics, governance frameworks, and rollout plans. Executives needed the whole argument on a single page, in an order they could scan in under two minutes and act on without reading the underlying detail.
Approach
We compressed the initiative into a five-section visual structure: Why Now, Strategic Priorities, Implementation Roadmap, Success Metrics, and Leadership Decisions Needed. A numbered navigation system, a consistent icon language, a quarterly timeline, and large KPI callouts let the reader move from problem to decision in one glance, with an executive summary at the top framing the ask before any detail appears.
