Internal Communications
Internal Communications Campaign
Client: Northstar Technologies (Fictional)

Overview
Northstar Technologies, a global technology company with 8,500 employees across the United States, Canada, and Europe, replaced five disconnected HR systems with a single centralized platform, Northstar PeopleHub, covering personal information, benefits, time off, payroll, performance reviews, learning, and manager transactions. The campaign explains what is changing, why it matters, when it is happening, and what employees need to do.
Challenge
A platform change touches everyone differently. An employee hearing about it for the first time, a manager fielding questions from their team, and an executive approving the investment each need different information, at different depth, through different channels, on a coordinated schedule. Without a unified campaign, inconsistent messaging risked eroding trust in the platform before launch.
Approach
We mapped every audience to one clear message and one primary channel before writing a word of copy, built a shared visual and verbal system so every piece reinforced a single campaign, and sequenced the materials to match how change actually reaches people: leadership first, managers next, employees last, sustained through go-live and the read-only wind-down of legacy systems.
